I Heart You

Hope you had a lovely Valentine's day, we spent ours meeting our mortgage broker (romantic)..then went to our favorite cheap mexican restaurant.  It was perfect :) 

Today we have a home inspection, since our offer on a house last week was ACCEPTED!   Here's hoping nothing majorly wrong turns up. 

Oh, and that adorable heart topper up there?  I'm going to give this DIY a whirl, and try to recreate it.  Pictures to come.
